"Freedom is never given, it is earned" - Happy Fourth of July!

by
Have a blast on cheerful Fourth of July, as it is the American Independence Day. It is a patriotic holiday of the United States of America. Mainly the chosen way of celebrating this day is by holding a barbeque in the backyard and picnic, with your near and dear ones. It's time to celebrate the independence day, on this 4th of July the declaration of independence was adopted by Continental congress in the year 1776, announcing the separation of colonies from great Britain the declaration of independence was drafted by Thomas Jefferson between June 11 and June 28, 1776 although Thomas Jefferson is often called the "author" of the declaration of independence, he wasn't the only person who contributed important ideas. Jefferson was a member of a five person committee appointed by the continental congress to write the declaration. The committee included Jefferson, Benjamin Franklin, john Adam Robert Livingston and roger Sherman. Let us all pray that God bless America, beautiful America as we are celebrating a great day of remembrance.

Enjoy a happy 4th of July

Enjoy a happy 4th of July

After Jefferson wrote his 1st draft of the declaration, the other members of the declaration committee and the continental congress made 86 changes to Jefferson’s draft including shortening of the overall length by more than a fourth. Robert Livingston, who was also a member of the committee, wrote the declaration of independence but never signed it. He believed that it was too early to declare independence and therefore refused to sign it the political philosophy of the declaration was not new, it's ideas of individual liberty had already been expressed by john locke and the continental philosophers there is something written on the back of the declaration of independence, but it isn't a secret map or code, instead there are a few hand written words that says, "original Declaration of Independence/ dated 4th July 1776". It is not known who wrote this, but it was probably added as a label when the document was rolled up for storage many years ago. Send 4th July wishes for family and friends to wish your dear people peace and happiness, so that they may have a spectacular 4th of July.
